In this document, a reference to JCLJ includes each of its related bodies corporate, JCLJ Legal Services Limited and JCLJ Support Limited.

We do so by having regard to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act), although as a small organisation these laws are not applicable to and do not bind JCLJ.
