The Jewish Centre for Law and Justice Limited (ABN 43 679 820 485) (JCLJ, we, us or our) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

In this document, a reference to JCLJ includes each of its related bodies corporate, JCLJ Legal Services Limited and JCLJ Support Limited.

This Privacy Policy explains how we intend to collect, store, use, disclose, protect and otherwise handle your personal information. We do so by having regard to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act), although as a small organisation these laws are not applicable to and do not bind JCLJ.
