Royal Commision Help

The Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion was established by Letters Patent on 9 January 2026 with a final report due by 14 December 2026. The Royal Commission will be led by the Hon Virginia Bell AC SC.

The Letters Patent set out the Royal Commission’s terms of reference which outline the scope of the inquiry.

Individuals and organisations are invited to make submissions in relation to the terms of reference. Submissions will be accepted until at least until Sunday 14 June 2026.

JCLJ Legal Services Ltd, a community legal service supporting clients who have suffered or are fighting antisemitism, is pleased to be able to assist eligible clients who require legal assistance with their engagement with the Royal Commission into Antisemitism and Social Cohesion. While the Commission originally accepted submissions through April and May, the deadline has been officially extended to 14 June 2026.
