About Us

JCLJ was established in 2024 to fill a critical gap in community services: a centralised, independent national legal service dedicated to responding to antisemitism.

Existing legal protections are often under-used or hard to access. JCLJ helps people facing or fighting antisemitism to seek justice through the legal system and uphold fundamental human rights.

The Jewish Centre for Law and Justice Limited (ABN 43 679 820 485) is a registered charity that conducts its charitable activities via two subsidiary companies.

They are:

  1. JCLJ Legal Services Ltd (ABN 13 692 147 729) which is a registered
community legal service and provides legal services directly to eligible people; and
  2. JCLJ Support Ltd (ABN 96 692 148 011) which is a company which provides support (including referrals to external legal service providers) for eligible people to take action against antisemitism.

JCLJ and JCLJ Support Ltd do not provide legal services directly to clients.
